AFFIDAVIT of NO RENTAL
I, Lucy Franco Garcia, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a
resident of Banilad, Cebu City, after having been duly sworn in accordance
with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the President of Popsivan Holding Corporation which is

the owner of Avagar Building, located at the corner of Molave and
Escario street, Cebu City

2. That I am the Mother-in-Law of Gerard Malixi who is also a

stockholder of Popsivan Holding Corporation and the owner of
Giant Oil Fuel Marketing.

3. That I am allowing Giant Oil Fuel Marketing to hold office at Avagar

Building.

4. In view of my this, Giant Oil Fuel Marketing is under no

obligation to pay any rental fees for holding office at Avagar
Building

5. As such, I execute this Affidavit in truth for whatever legal purpose

it may serve.
