The Coordination Committee in its 18" meeting held on 28.06.2019 has decided to grant Child Care Leave to technical workers covered under Technical Workmen Service Regulations, 1975 at par with the employees covered under the Employees Service Regulations, 1964. Accordingly, the Chairman & Managing Director in consultation with Director (Finance) has decided to adopt, mutatis mutandis, Notification No. F.1(6)FD/Rules/2011 dated 22.05.2018 issued by the Finance Department, Government of Rajasthan regarding Child Care Leave (CCL) The Child Care Leave (CCL) shall therefore, be admissible to female technical workers of Nigam covered under RVUN Technical Workmen Service Regulations 1975 who are entitled for leaves as per provisions of the Rejasthan Electrical & Mechanical Department Technical Employees Leave Rules, 1955.
