Science in Industrial Technology Major in Food Technology at the Cagayan State University,
Carig Campus and had my On-the-job training at CSU-DOST02 Food Innovation Center. My
training experience involves Spray Drying, Cabinet Drying and Vacuum Frying Operation. I
have also knowledge in baking, wine making, bartending and food processing such as meat and
fish processing.
