AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT

I, Winston D. Santos, of legal age, married, Filipino, and with residential and postal address
at Present Address, after having been sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am sponsoring the visit in Germany and France on for the purpose of tourism of
Gavin Christopher B. Santos, of legal age, single, Filipino, with residential and postal address at
Present Address, and traveling under Philippine Passport No. P5031765A valid until 10
November 2022;

2. I have sufficient income/assets to responsibly cover for Mr. Santos’ expenses

during our entire trip to Germany and France, including return flights to the Philippines, as well as
any and all other unforeseen expenses which Mr. Santos may incur during our entire stay in
Germany and France;

3. As his grandfather, I hereby accept and assume any and all responsibility for his
welfare, including all financial expenses related to his travel and stay in Germany and France;

4. I guarantee that Mr. Santos shall not be in any way or manner whatsoever be a
public burden in Germany and France or to any country en route from or to the Philippines.

5. I guarantee that Mr. Santos shall not stay in Germany and France for a period
longer than the days allowed by the Immigration authorities.

6. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the foregoing facts, in support
of Mr. Santos application for his Tourist Visa in Germany.
