2 Statement of the Problem

The main problem of the study is the flooding at Concepcion Subdivision. It aims to
answer the following question to solve the problem:

1. Do the existing drainage system, design to mitigate the flood serves its purpose?

2. Will the proposed flood mitigation plan ease the flooding?

3. What are the other ways to mitigate the flood?

1.3 Objectives of the Study

·1 To provide a flood risk assestment at Concepcion Subdivision.

·2 To determine other applicable flood control structures for the subdivision.

1.5 Scope and Limitations

The following are the coverage of the study:

Concepcion Subdivision.

·4 This study includes design, plan and estimated cost of the proposed flood mitigation

·5 This study will cover only the area of Concepcion Subdivision.
