A TRUE DESTINY

Since our birth we have been trained and nourished to be alphabetical ‘A’ and number ‘1’. We strive,
work hard, beat our companions and that’s what we think success is. We endeavour from dawn to
dusk in order to secure good positions and handover this to our upcoming generation as their
‘Ancestral legacy’. We never bother to find out the philosophy and essence of struggle behind
success.

Think for a while, if every human was born to be doctor who would have been patients? Neither can
everyone can be teacher nor all students. We all are blessed with latent potential, innovative minds
and unique qualities. If some thing is problematic in our life that is to identify and polish them. No
position or job is inferior. If you are a good writer, you are successful. If you know how to cook by
adding few ingredients but lots of love, you are a good chef. If you have a melodious voice, you could
be the one who provides food for the souls(singer). If you can manage things in a better way, you can
be an event manager. All we need is to contemplate about our passion and put the efforts in a right
direction.

Buddha was kept within his palace for nearly 29 years by his parents. They pampered and protected
him from every suffering and harsh reality of the world. He always felt a hollowness deep inside,
although he was surrounded by every necessity. One day, he asked his servant to take him outside
the palace. He was shocked by what he saw. He saw an ill man lying on a bed, people carrying a dead
body to burry and the aesthetic architecture of the divine. He left his home, his wife and his infant
son to discover his aim in life. He started meditation under a bodhi tree. He explained why humans
suffer and how this suffering could be released. He explained we mortals suffer because of our greed
and this suffering could be released by being satisfied by what we have. This story clearly implies we
all suffer until and unless we live for others. We have to explore things, live fully but reminding our
destiny, set by ourselves.

We are not destined to beat others, always realize, I am my biggest competitor. I have to break my
records every day. I have to be a woman of success and value. I want to be far away from every
formality. Let me throw every burden from my fragile shoulders and fly. Allow me to walk an
unplanned and endless journey. Grant me permission to be who I am actually. Permit me to waste
my time. Oops! That’s what we think illegal but trust me once you will allow me to do and
experience, I will get rid of all these by my on. I will soon be fed up of all these. Be a friend rather
than a dictator or boss. Respect my dreams, appreciate my success and stand with me in my failures.
This is how I will achieve my Goals. Don’t suffocate me. Give me air to breath, space to grow and
right to choose.

Help me to choose, don’t impose things I don’t want to do. Give me no reason to blame you. By
selecting a field I am good at, having the inner craziness to achieve it and walking through my chosen
path will be helpful for me to make you proud and most importantly for my self-satisfaction. Let my
inner taciturn child to speak because, once he stop talking my soul will be dormant and hibernate
forever. For instant, think of Arjitsingh as a doctor, AllamaMohd Iqbal as an actor, Bill gates as a poet
and salman khan as a teacher. It would simply be awful because, they are good at their respective
fields. We can’t compare them. They all are THE MASTERS OF THEIR PROFESSIONS. Don’t tell the sun
to orbit the planets and planets to be fix at a point. Don’t ever try to change the direction of wind.
Stop suggesting a bird how to fly in a right and so called acceptable way in a society.
In short, dreams are not you see while you are asleep. True destiny or dreams never let you sleep.
Select your goals prudently. Do whatever it costs because, it’s your choice. You can’t blame others for
your failures. We can be good at what society think is best but we can be extra ordinary of what the
society is not giving a shit at. Choose your destiny, put your efforts from all your head and heart and
wait for the miracle to happen. Think I am not an average creature rather I am higher than the
highest.
