What technical skills do you have?
I know how to use Autocad, Microsoft project, Microsoft Office, and I have a
diplomado in BIM. Also I know control and work costs and cubicles programming.

Have you worked before? How was your performance?

Yes, I worked in SOCOJOL Constructora, is a construction Company dedicated to
build hospitals. I worked for 5 years, from 2013 to october 2018.
My performance was very good, I learned to coordinate hospital facilities, and
many aptitudes for construction.
Do you prefer working in teams or independently?
In the construction the two are necessary, because I need work in teams for
coordinate the processes and I work independently for cubicles, read tle falt, etc.

How do you want to be in 5 years? o What are your future plans?
In 5 years more. I plan to work implementing the BIM methodology, speaking
english and I plan to have another baby.

Your worst weakness and you biggest strengths.
My worst weakness is that I don’t speak english fluently and that at this moment, I
am 7 months pregnant. And my biggest strengths are that I like to work efficiently
and effectively, doing the things well and the more important is I like construction.

life? Why?
Being a construction engineer, being able to study again, to have a post graduate
degree in BIM, and I have work experience, because I like the construction. And
other greatest satisfaction in my life is being pregnant, is very beautiful.
Why do you think you can do a good job?
Because I have experience in the field and I have Knowledge of the requirements.
And I live near the workplace.
Why did you choose your career?
Because I have been involved since childhood on construction, and I love it.
Do you feel able to work under pressure?
Yes, I do. Working under pressure is a quality that I must have.

Because I am an organized, responsible and proactive person.

My name is Maria Paz Oyarce Pardo. I am 30. I am a construction engineer, I am
studying again the civil construction career , I have a post graduate degree in BIM
and I have a 5 years of experience in the area of Hospital development.
Out of my work, I am with my family and Friends. In my free time, I go jogging, I
read novels, listen to music.
