Overview
Corporate Intel Services, LLC, a newly formed Business Intelligence firm, is ready to make an
impact in the industry with a full branding effort.

Goals and Objectives

Corporate Intel Services, LLC is in need of a new corporate identity to showcase its offerings in
the business intelligence industry. As a newly formed firm with a watered down market and
several large competitors, it’s extremely important that its initial impression position the
company as the exclusive source for high quality consulting.

Solution
We recommend the development of an original and dynamic corporate identity and marketing
package.

This package will include:

 A corporate logo
 Business card design
 Company letterhead
 Presentation packaging
 Service Offerings brochure

The marketing pieces will work together to form a cohesive whole that portrays the new
company as a reputable source of business intelligence consulting.

Fee Schedule
The above pricing is effective through 09/01/10. One half of total project fee is due upon
contract acceptance with remainder due upon project completion.
Terms and Conditions
For purposes of this agreement, Joshua Sitton shall be referred to as We Bleed
Concepts.

1. This fee summary is based on work performed on a fixed cost basis. Should the scope
of the project change after acceptance of terms and pricing, we will provide a detailed
scope change to define additional work and associated costs.
2. Content development is not included in the scope of this project. A quote for
professional content development services can be provided upon request.
3. Original photography is not included in the scope of this project. A quote for
professional photography services can be provided upon request.
4. We Bleed Concepts reserves the right to include the completed product of this project
in a professional portfolio.
5. Either party may terminate this agreement with a ten-day notice, delivered in writing.
Termination of the contract will not result in any payments being refunded to Corporate
Intel Services, LLC. Project cancellation fees will be based on the amount of work
completed at the time of cancellation notification. In the event of project cancellation, all
rights to project designs and original art will revert to We Bleed Concepts.
6. If shipping is required, Corporate Intel Services, LLC agrees to provide a courier
account number or shipping fees will be included in final invoice.
7. Corporate Intel Services, LLC agrees to indemnify and hold We Bleed Concepts
harmless against any and all claims, costs, and expenses associated with the usage of
materials provided by Corporate Intel Services, LLC that may violate privacy or
copyright claims.
8. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties, their heirs, successors, assigns, and
personal representatives. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the
parties. Only signed agreement by both parties can modify its terms.
9. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia.

By signing this document, Corporate Intel Services, LLC acknowledges that all terms of this
agreement have been read, understood and accepted.
