1) Refresh the candidate’s profiles atleast once in a week, if candidate is looking a job immediate
then refresh daily.
2) Email the short profile to all vendors atleast 2 days once.
3) Apply for all suitable jobs, by providing the short profile.
4) If the job is suitable, check with the candidate is he/ she suitable for the job requirement, then
continue the conversation with client regarding rate.
5) Before submitting check twice, to avoid double submission
6) Get email authorization with the candidate.
7) Do continues follow up

Select “resume & cover letter” option appears in the left side
Select the edit icon
Do some changes in the resume and give save, it will automatically refresh the resume.
