Steps to be followed to post resume in job portals:

1) Have the candidate profile without contact details.

2) Create short profile.
3) Create a dummy email id (gmail) in the name of candidate and forward those email to
hr@bestitexperts.com.
4) Now post the resume in all job portals, without giving candidate original contact details. Give
dummy email id and recruiter contact detail if necessary.

Steps to be followed to market the candidates:

1) Refresh the candidate’s profiles atleast once in a week, if candidate is looking a job immediate
then refresh daily.
2) Email the short profile to all vendors atleast 2 days once.
3) Apply for all suitable jobs, by providing the short profile.
4) If the job is suitable, check with the candidate is he/ she suitable for the job requirement, then
continue the conversation with client regarding rate.
5) Before submitting check twice, to avoid double submission
6) Get email authorization with the candidate.
7) Do continues follow up

Refreshing candidates resumes:

Dice:

Login into dice.

Select “My resume” from the “my dice”drop down list

Then click Edit option.

It will takes to the candidate profile, then select the option mention below
Edit the date, month, year and give save. It will automatically update the resume.

Corp 2 corp:

Login into C2C

Select “My resume” option, displays in the left hand side.
Then select Edit Option.

Do any changes In these, for eg select profile details

Add or delete any changes in that and give save , it will automatically changed and got refreshed.

Indeed:

Login into indeed

Select the “resume” option appears in the top left corner, display as drop down list when u select the
email id.
Then select the “edit resume” option
Do some changes in the resume or profile details any and give save. It will automatically refresh the
resume.

Select “resume & cover letter” option appears in the left side
Select the edit icon

Do some changes in the resume and give save, it will automatically refresh the resume.
