Subj: Temporary allotment of Hostel

1. It is stated that I, Muhammad Waleed Khan bearing registration

number 00000171778 of Structural Engineering, NICE, am expected to
have final defense in 10 days. I am required to be on campus for
finalization of reports and necessary meet-ups with advisor and other
committee members. Therefore, it is requested to provide me
accommodation on temporary basis for duration of Two weeks.
