Quite a number of staff were having a soft
second job to cover up the cast of living.
The time spent (about 3 hrs) on traveling
does not allow the staff to do that.
Accordingly these staff and the one who
were supporting their parents for short
duration are not fully satisfied.

Some of the staff remain engaged to

resolve their personal problems at home
during the day and therefore find it difficult
to perform the assigned duty at night

The staff have to walk quite a distance

during the duty and therefore the work
becomes too exhaustive. Accordingly, they
want to look for the job in Rawalpindi /
Islamabad Areas.

spare parts cannot be repaired in workshop those are
