REFLECTION PAPER

If we compare it in an organization the manager must know the

role of a manager on how to manage a certain thing and to know on how

to empower or to lead his/her team so that he/she can do the job

effectively and not to be burdened on the tasks, reports, and other things

that can affect the work of the employees or to make the workers feel

complicated. In this case the manager should motivate his/her

subordinates, to make them feel comfortable, and giving the employees an

authority but it has its own limitation. Even a simple “good job” it can

motivate your workers or it can boost the confidence on the employees on

accomplishing their task and making the task accurately because as a

manager we do not focus only on how to administer an organization but

we need also to observe or to give importance on how the workers feel, in

short we need to observe the behavioural aspect of our employees.

In playing the part or role of the manager we must monitor the

employees/workers but we must also to support them and ensuring that

they have the means and resources to perform accurately and effectively

so that the productivity will increase. As we all known that the manager

has the biggest role or part in an organization because they are the one

who manage but without the workers or employees no one will do there

plan or to do the task, it means that every part of the organization are
important but if one of the part of the organization failed to do the task or

gone the organization will be failed or it will never be successful.

The communication of the organization is also important because

it is the lifeblood of an organization. We need to maintain the good

communication between the managers and its subordinates so that we can

avoid misunderstanding and we can easily monitor our workers.

W. Edward Deming state that “A bad system will beat a good

person anytime. The bad system it refers to the Lion on how he manage

the organization while the good person is the ant because he fires the ant

but he didn’t recognize that it is his fault because the ant is overloaded of

the task and works and he didn’t also try to motivate the ant and to

support or supply in the resources that the ant’s needed.
