NATURE AND PRUPOSE

SECTION 1 – NATURE – This association hall be civic, social and political in nature.

SECTION 2 – PRUPOSE – The purpose of the association shall be as follows:

1. To poster closer relationship and understanding among members;

2. To serve as a channel of all assistance coming from either governance or from private
agencies/sectors deemed necessary to promote the welfare of the members;
3. To serve as a business venture for continuing educational activities such as trainings,
seminars to members conducted by government and private agencies;
