for the resolution, which is not happening.

Can we start taking about the target first then talk about incentives.

We dint even open our lead account yet and talking about incentives. Better we started
producing some results before writing about incentive.

I already told you I need 8 meeting per month. Let's cross that then we can talk about
incentives. I'll be happy to talk after you cross your target for incentive.

It’s been more than 6 months I got my appraisal and as per my discussion with Karan I was told that I will
be getting an incentive of nearly 10,000/- monthly, which didn’t happen.

That’s the only reason I accepted the hike and continued, you could see I have given my best in all the
project so far I worked, so for this project I want to earn incentives from my first meeting.

Request you to please let me know the incentive plan.
