SUBJECT: Site Inspection of San Carlos Building in Sta. Cruz, Cebu City

INTRODUCTION

At exactly 9:00am to 4:30pm, April 16, 2019, Tuesday, I together with the
Production Supervisor went to San Carlos Building in Sta. Cruz, Cebu City by
company car to inspect the place and gather information if the area is ideal
to establish the company's new branch.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY

Together with the Production Supervisor, we were at San Carlos Building at

exactly 9:00am. While at the area, we observed that the building is fully
furnished. It is a two-storey building and fully air-conditioned. It has an area
of about 100 square meters. Furthermore, we observed that there were no
competitors nearby, the nearest computer shop is located about 1,000 meters
away from the area. We also noticed that the place is safe since the police
station is located just in front of the building. In addition, we interviewed some
residents on their opinion of establishing our new branch there.

DISCUSSION

The site inspection that we had in San Carlos Building provides significant
information of an idea of establishing our new branch in the said area. The
department was able to evaluate the place and its residents, and noted several
implications of the advantages and disadvantages of launching our new branch
there.
