Figure 2. front elevation of the existing two-storey municipal hall with roof deck which is fronting
the national highway and the municipal two-storey commercial building. The existing municipal
hall houses the Accounting and budget office, human resource and management office, Office of
the municipal planning and development coordinator, COA and MTO in the right side of the
building. However, on the left side offices are the Assessor’s office, tax mapping, Local Civil
Registry Office (LCR), Water and Electric district, MSDWD, Engineering office, CICL/VAWC,
and department of the Interior and Local Government office.

The second level Includes Office of the Mayor, Conference room, Administrator’s office
and MDRRM office on the right side. While on the the left side includes the Office of the
Sangguniang Bayan, Sangguniang Bayan Session hall, and the Office of the Vice Mayor.
