ADMINSTRATOR TO ACTION

RESSETTING PASSWORD: password can be reset by the administrator or users who have been
given permissions to reset their own passwords

 FNB Homepage
 Click on Reset Access details
 Choose reset password
 Enter your username and ID/Passport number
 If you have a certificate enter the certificate password (the enter new password and
continue)
 If you do not have a certificate click on I do not have my certificate
 Next page should require for your passcodes, enter the codes received and continue
 If there is a prompt to go through the administrator reactivation click on yes and follow the
prompts (if there is no prompt to do an administrator proceed with creating a new
password)
 Print the form and send it to us

ACTIVATING NEWLY LINKED ACCOUNTS:

The administrator has to follow the following steps to make accounts visible and transactional.

 Login
 Profiles
 Maintain
 Select User
 Account Permissions
 Tick unticked checkboxes (as per what they are to do on the account)
 Click on Next until everything has been ticked
 Save and Exit
 Profiles
 Work in Progress
 Click on the Authorise button along the user’s name

Please do the same for all the users that are to have access to the account.

The administrator has to follow the following steps to make accounts visible and transactional
(newly linked foreign currency accounts only).

 Login
 Profiles
 Maintain
 Select User
 Account Permissions
 There will be where it says “Set your account permissions for”
 Select Global payments
 Tick unticked checkboxes for capture and authorise OR (as per what users are to do on the
account)
 Click on Next until everything has been ticked
 Save and Exit
 Profiles
 Work in Progress
 Click on the Authorise button along the user’s name

RENAMING ACCOUNTS:

Kindly ask the administrator to follow the below steps to change account names.

 Login
 Profiles
 Site Settings
 Account Maintenance
 Enter New Account Name under ‘New Nickname’
 Then authorise

DELETING USERS:

Steps to follow for deleting recipients;

 Login
 Recipients
 Along folder click on Maintain
 Click on Recipients Menu
 Click on delete
 Select Recipients to delete
 Delete/Submit
 Authorise

ENABLING DUAL AUTHORISATION

 FNB Homepage
 Login
 Profiles
 Site settings
 Number of Authorisers (change there to 2)
 Authorise

RESSETTING USER PASSWORD:

 Login
 Profiles
 Total Number of Users
 Against the user there will be a button for Reset Password click on it
 Follow the prompts to reset the password, there is where it says administrator password
there you have to enter your login password
ADDING USERS

 Login
 Profiles
 Add button
 Complete details and give permissions
 Note: Only copy user if the user is to be an administrator or there is another user with the
same permissions in the profile.
 Authorise and give the user their Username and Temporary password
 Note: the user is to login and change their password within 24hours

 New nickname
 New sender name

ADDING RECEPIENTS:

Kindly receive steps to follow to create a recipient;

Creating a recipient folder

 Login
 Recipients
 Add
 Create
 Give the folder a name
 Add
 Select paying Acc
 Allow override leave blank
 Add Own Reference
 Continue
 Add recipient details
 Save and exit
 Submit
 Under Recipients Tab
 Click on Authorisation Needed/requested
 Click on the checkbox
 Click on authorise
 Add your authorising password and continue

Giving permissions to the folder, done by the administrator after the folder has been created.

 Profiles
 Maintain
 Recipient permissions
 Click the checkbox under authorise
 Click on authorise at the bottom
 Add your authorisation password
Now you should be able to make a payment from the folder.
GENERATING A CERTIFICATE: to be done by the administrator and authorisers

 FNB Homepage-Login
 Authorise tab
 Authorise menu
 Generate new certificate
 Acknowledge and continue
 You will receive passcodes on SMS and email
 Enter them and create a certificate password (does not have a special character)
 Click on next
 The override message click on yes
 Enter certificate password again
 Click on next
 Activation message will pop up
