Dear Secretary

I am disappointed for the absent of Ms Aydrea Haressa in giving a talk to us. The given date of the
talk for next year in January or February is not suitable for us. This is due to this time of the year, the
members will normally need to participate in the e-learning competition which is run annually. If the
speaker could not attend to our needs, we might have a problem in terms of the know-how in
creating an e-learning platform for the competition. Besides, we do not have any expert in our club
who can guide us in this matter. I would suggest we hire an expert which I know of and who has the
experience in guiding many students to participate in this competition. He is Mr Arul Khan, a former
internet specialist in Intel. I hope you would like my suggestion. Thank you.
