    yphoon MITAG (ONYOK) has moved out of the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR)
    late last night…now over the East China Sea as it gained more strength while heading
    north towards the offshore areas of Eastern China.

    *This is the Final Update on this Tropical Cyclone.

    24-hr Outlook: TY MITAG (ONYOK) is forecast to maintain its northward movement with a
    decreased speed of 20 km/hr, passing along the offshore areas of Zhejiang Province,
    China today. It will pass just east of Shanghai, China early tomorrow (Wed) morning as it
    starts to recurve north-northeast towards South Korea.
