The session started with a prayer led by Mrs. Marilyn I.

Basilio, followed by Nationalistic song conducted by Mr.

Rowel T. Marquez

During the session our Master Teacher Mrs. Imelda C.

Bernadas presented some information based on the
result from First Periodical Test and tackled some causes
of poor academic performance of pupils and the group
was able to shared different ideas, strategies, techniques
and materials such as technology using computer,
media player that can be used in making some lessons
easier and fun for the learners. There was also a
discussion about effective way of administering test
especially for those slow learners by guiding them while
answering test questions.

The session was conducted to keep abreast the teachers

with updates on how to improve pupils performance and
best practices in making lessons more easier and fun to
learners.

The LAC SESSION has not only provided participants an

opportunity to analyze poor pupils performance, but also
encouraged them to make positive changes for our
learners. The teachers got an opportunity to shared their
knowledge and experiences for better education.

The LAC ended with commitment of each teacher to

pursue better education for learners of LIBIS ELEMENTARY
SCHOOL.
