Owner: Good afternoon madam, can I help you?

Customer: I want to give complain about your product.

Owner: What sort of complain and about which product madam?

Customer: I used soap of your company. It proved harmful for me.

Owner: In which sense it proved harmful ma’am?

Customer: After using it, I have been suffering from skin allergy. You can see it.

Owner: It is due to some other problem. Our products are according to standard
quality.

Customer: I can say with surety, that it is side effect of your product. The quality of
your productis not good.

Owner: Believe me or not madam but that quality of our product is very good. We
have team for quality test.

Customer: Your Company is cheating and playing with the help of innocent people.

Owner: We are not cheating our customers ma’am. Our products are not harmful in
any sense.

Customer: If you are confident that quality of your product is good then you have to
prove it.

Owner: Yes, ofcourse ma’am. We check our products in special scientific center
before promoting ourproduct.

Customer: I want to visit your quality test center. Can I visit it now?

Owner: Yes madam our quality test is open every Saturday and Sunday, and I will
take you there ma’am to have some info about your skin, if there is really wrong on
our product soap. So that we can change it immediately.

Customer: That’s nice! Okay, Thank you.
