started a new company with similar nature of business which is clear
violation of the contract which is executed between you and the
company. Moreover you also spreading ramous about the company like
anything.

Hence you are terminated from the distributorship of the company with
immediate effect.
You are not allowed to visit use/market the company’s products, logo or any
other content of the company in future.
