Can I drop in to speak to someone in person ?
Of course you can! We’re open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 6pm
Saturday.
Can I send my device to you if I'm not nearby ?
Definitely, we have a free nationwide collection service  here, where you can fill out a
short form and have the device shipped to us for free.

What is the Quick Estimate section for ?


The quick estimate section is basically for repair enquiries. If you have a broken or
damaged device, and you have no idea how much it will cost to fix, sent us a quick
estimate to find out. It costs nothing, and you don’t need to send us the device either,
just fill out the short form  here, and a member of staff will contact you with your
estimate.

How long does it take for ?


Almost all quick estimates are answered within 24 hours, but it’s usually much faster
than that.

What if don't know what's wrong with my device ?


Sometimes it is difficult to give a quick estimate without seeing the device first, so if
you fill out a ‘Repair Request’, you can ship the device to us, free of charge, for a full
diagnostic.

Who is your courier ?


The courier we use is ‘DPD’.

How much does the courier cost ?


We provide a free collection service from anywhere in the country, but please be
advised, there is a fee of €13.50 for return shipping

How long is the repair process ?


Usually, most devices can be repaired within 72 hours, and a lot of them are much
quicker. Sometimes, certain repairs on certain devices can’t be done in this time, and
may take a little longer. Our promise to you in this case, is to always keep you
informed of the status of your device. From the moment your device reaches us, you
can track the repair for as long as it’s here, follow this link to find out more.

What happens if I decline ?


In the event that we have completed our diagnostics on a device, and the customer
decides to not go ahead with the repair, we may charge you a diagnostic fee, up to a
maximum of €25. This isn’t something we use to make money, it is just to cover the
time our engineers spent looking at the device.

Do you provide any warranty or guarantee ?


Absolutely. We provide a 6 month warranty on almost all repairs, the only exceptions
to this are water damaged devices, and any faults which arise due to a design flaw
(GPU Reflows, etc)
Where do I find my login details ?
When your device arrives at our repair centre it is immediately checked in, we
generate login details for you and email them to you. This email will also contain a
link to the ‘Track My Repair’ section of the website, where you can fill in these details.
