Procrastination

I am a person who likes to procrastinate a lot. Especially, when I have to do

university projects. Professors always give us a period of 3 months to carry out
the projects but I do them a week before.

Last year, I remember I had 3 projects about programming. The deadline was
exactly 3 months and 2 weeks to present the program. My friend and I decided
to postpone it for the end of the semester because it seemed like a very easy
project. Unfortunately, when we were close to the deadline we realized that the
project was extremely difficult.

In order to reach the deadline we had to investigate about commands, codes,

algorithms and good programming practices. It was a very exhausting week
because we slept only 3 hours a day. The important thing was that we reached
the deadline and even our professor congratulated us for the good work we had
done. I was very happy and the first thing I did when I got home was to sleep all
day.

I consider it important to never postpone responsibilities because they generate

stress and there may be a possibility that you will not do a good job. My advice
is that projects should always be advanced by organizing the time periods
dedicated to them.
