I am writing to you in regard to my interest in applying for your Kids Club Program Coordinator II position.
I strongly believe I would make a great asset to your team through my passion towards the youth and being
a leader. My positive and welcoming demeanor would be a compatible fit. Being a part of a community and
lending a hand in helping shape the minds of the future generation is one thing I strive for. I very much
enjoy challenges, solving problems, and being in a fast-paced environment.

In addition, I have four years of experience with childcare. My former experience has given me a good
understanding of what composes an exciting and successful after school program. I am also well aware of
Department of Health regulations. I am gifted in missing child procedures and making sure every child is
accounted for. My experience has helped me build several life and career skills. Some of my highlighted
skills include problem solving and conflict resolution. I also possess the ability to make daily and weekly
plans. Being a strong people person has not only developed my team player skills, but it has also helped me
learn to take initiative as a leader. In addition to my skills, I am a holder of the Arizona Community
Education Association Staff of the Year award.
