Roll Call The Presider checked the attendance of advisers and special teachers per grade level starting with Grade 7 to Grade 12. Grade level leaders reported the number of absences and reasons why they were absent. HL. Prayer ‘The Presider briefly led the faculty in a prayer. III, Presentation of Agenda The Presider presented the agenda and asked the teachers if there are items they would like to be included in the list. On this note, Sir Lordjim invited teachers who are interested to teach in Maximina to file their letters of intent. ‘+ There is only one new item approved for CCNHS this schoolyear. This resulted from our schoo’s failure to finalize LIS encoding of student data. Before the deadline, IT through Sir Dexter reminded class advisers over and over again to finalize the enrollees registration but this proved ineffective. Because our LIS was not finalized, our number of enrollees was recorded at zero. Clearance Signing + Signatures of all subject teachers are required in the clearance, The signature of the property custodian means a student has returned ‘schoo! materials. It does not clear the student of the subject. + Subject teachers and/or class advisers who were absent during the Brigada caused parents and students to make several trips to the ‘school to complete their clearance and proceed to enrolment. 4. Late Enrollees Brigada 2019 Facilitators . Card Releasing and Enrolment by June + Ma'm Yanyan will take charge of enrolment while Mr. Laputan assisted by Ma'm Verbena will take charge of Brigada in June. There will be a designated place for enrolment and Brigada. | + Special teachers are assigned to Brigada duty on the first week. | + Transferees should pass by the Office to have their documents | reviewed. IPCRF (Ma'm Belle) a. Respect deadiines. Forms cannot be completed unless all teachers have passed their requirements. b. In making the IPCRF, if there are parts not understood, the Office is always ready to help, c. The IPCRF is completed after the portfolio. Make sure the portfolio is accomplished when the IPCRF is done. d, Many of the teachers obtained a very satisfactory and outstanding rating but not reflected in students’ performance as shown by the NAT results and SF 14. LAC sessions should be used to explore how to improve student performance, f. Teachers should always prepare for all lessons and not just during the four times she/he is observed using the COT. 9. Improve MPS and NAT performance. h. Master Teachers are assigned to monitor submission of lesson plans. 5. COT - starts in June a. Lesson Plan ‘+ TLE teachers to submit lesson plans and not log sheets. b. Criteria and Rubrics for Assessment + TLE teachers are reminded to use “criteria” and “rubrics” properly in their lesson plans. Rubrics is a rating scale for a list of criteria or characteristics a teacher looks for in a submission. 6. Canteen Update a. The small store across the Office will be merged to the canteen located next to the Gr. 7 building. This store’s location will be converted into a sound booth for public announcements, prayers at 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. and the like. ‘The canteen is ready for June opening of classes. c. The canteen should cook the food in the school because there were ‘complaints about spoiled food. 4. Advisers whose students sell food in the school should request, not reprimand, them not to do it anymore. 7. CCNHSMPC ~ CCNHS Multi-Purpose Cooperative a. Members who withdrew their money from CCNHSMPC but not their membership fee are still members. Therefore, they are entitied to the rights and privileges of a member. b. All outsiders are not allowed to sell food inside the school. No middlemen. Should Manang Indang be allowed to sell inside the schoo! for humanitarian reasons? The Board of CCNHSMPC (Sir Descartin) will stil have to meet about this. Special requests for food should be channeled through the CCNHSMPC so that teachers benefit from the transactions. 4. Revisit by-laws of CCNHSMPC in its next meeting for issues such as seling softdrinks, maximum number of shares that a member can put up, membership of teachers who left the schoo! €. Mr, Laputan is putting up 4 shares, f._ All water vending machines will be owned by CCNHSMPC. 8. Teacher's Load for S.Y. 2019-2020 ‘a. Last year, there were 36 sections in Junior High. This year, 43 sections are predicted in Junior High, Teachers are requested to be patient if their Classrooms are going to be shared by another class. 9. Publication 2vold accumulation of projects not submitted to the end The Publication moderator is asked to submit a detailed proposal on what the money requested from the PTA wil be for b- Every family gets a copy ofthe schoo publication. Senior high students complained that they do not get @ copy of the Publication, The Principal stated that there are copies in storage for distribution, PTA fees will be collected quarterly and included in the quarterly clearance. The money from the PTA fees can help finance projects of the SSG (Supreme Student Government), support sports meets of our students and coaches.
