CEO Key Note:

CEO MAI. Kalewela welcomed all distinguished staff in the town hall and praised the amount of hard
work done by team in previous year. He emphasized on the fact that it was with joint efforts of AI’s &
Human’s that company has achieved most of its goals in previous year and anticipated that same spirit
shall be maintained in the current year.

Following steps were announced to maintain a high morale of team.

HAIR Director Mr. Louis was advised to arrange a batch wise moon trip of staff to conduct team building
activities. CEO emphasized that a balance should be maintained in choosing No of AI’s & humans in
batch selection.

In order to relieve employees from work stress, CEO advised team leads of each section to provide
ample off time to staff, so that they can get themselves refresh & rebooted.

In this regard he also made special mention of a recent hologramic manhandling amongst two human
employees and requested staff to keep a restraint from such activities in future. He discussed human
psyche of tolerance and adoption in detail.

Employee comments:

Mrs. Rita: She praised the fact that there is parity amongst male & female AI remunerations, however
there is reasonable pay gap between male & female human staff. She requested top management’s
extra emphasis in order to bridge this gap.

FAI Sozi: She shared a concern that both FAI’s & MAI’s are given only 15 leaves each to manufacture
their babies, which is too less a time to carry out this activity smoothly & efficiently. She requested to
make it aligned with the human leaves of 90 days & 15 days each for female & males.

Mr. Jhon: He is from business development team. He suggested that some of our products are nearing
obsolescence, so in order to extend their life, these products can be launched in underdeveloped
countries. He specifically mentioned names of Pakistan from Asia, Liberia in Africa & Ecuador in South
America.

CEO responded that Pakistan currently has a political instability and their economy is also in decline so
company can’t take risk to launch any product in Pakistan. However, he advised BD director to
investigate potential in remaining two countries.

At the end of town hall, delicious food & strong electromagnetic fields were served to humans & AI’s
respectively.
