PERSONAL FINANCIAL PLANNING – FIN533 BA2473B

My name is Muhamad Nazren bin Ahmad Anuar. I was born and raised in Teluk
Intan, Perak, which commonly famous of its leaning clocktower (Menara Condong). My
family and I are consisting of 2 parents and 3 children. I am the second child out of three.
The first one is my sister currently 26 years old and the third one is my brother, 19 years
old. Both of my parents are 48 this year. Fun fact, we all born and raised in Perak.

My monthly allowance is usually not more than RM1500 and it was given by my
parents on monthly basis. For me it is more than enough, but I don’t mind receiving more
hehe. I usually take out RM200 out of my monthly allowance for my emergency saving in
advance. I would say my daily expenses would be RM12 per day and if I will be going out
on the weekends, I might use more than RM50 which is 4.2 times more than my daily
expenses.

Both of my parents are still working. My mom works as a real estate attorney while
my father works as an architect. I don’t know both of my parents’ income, but I would say
RM10000 more or less in total. To be honest I am not a home person. As for that, I think
there are only few times I go back to my hometown.

At the moment, I am working as part timer – Grab for student. It is not the under
Grab official, it just like we provide service – taxis for student. Being a student is
automatically bound with loitering. My friends and I are usually spending our time in
Sunway Pyramid. We travel all the way long from Puncak Alam tu Petaling Jaya by car.
For me, this is kinda save up on individual especially on the gas. During my last semester
break, my family and I went to Krabi for a week. We went there by a van. The holiday gave
me mixed feelings. It was weird as both of my parents are often busy with their schedules
and it was the best because the whole family were able to spend time together.
