INTRODUCTION

Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is a school of magic belonging to the Harry

Potter universe.

Hogwarts is a school attended by young magicians to develop their magical abilities. The

building is seen as an old ruined building with a sign that says "watch out, dangerous

ruins", by people outside of magical powers (more commonly known as "muggles"). It

has seven floors, several towers, stairs that change position at will and extensive lands

that contain a lake, a forest, and several greenhouses. In addition to its numerous

classrooms where subjects are taught by qualified assistants, the castle has places for

different purposes. Examples are the Great Hall, which has a magic roof which appears

to be the sky and presents the atmospheric weather of the moment, the common rooms, a

large library, the legendary Secret Chamber, where the famous wizard Harry Potter

defeated the dark wizard Lord Voldemort for the second time. Many hidden passages,

stairs and portraits of moving paintings with their own lives, make the tour of the castle

worrying for the most confusing students, and exciting for the most curious.

For more than a thousand years, the students were distributed upon arrival, in the different

houses that have the names of the four founders of the school: Gryffindor Hufflepuff;

Ravenclaw, Slytherin.

The education of a student is carried out in seven years, beginning his studies, at least, at

eleven.
