The teacher will ask the students about Cardiorespiratory.

C. Motivation/Drill

Activity : " Igiling-giling "

Mechanics :

1. The teacher placed colored papers (3) under the chairs of the students.

2. This will serve as their group color, Yellow for group shembot, Red for group bebot,and Orange
for group kembot.

3. They will choose a music from the teacher's given choices and the majority will be chosen.
4. The teacher will point out the group color who will dance as she play the music. Each group
should be aware.

The terms were presented from the motivation.

E. Lesson Proper

1. Demonstration on Cardiorespiratory activity.

2. Performance of the students. (Zumba Dancing and Aerobic dancing with their own choreography)

Activity : Dancing Idols

Mechanics :

1. Same groupings from the first activity.

2. Each group will choose another music from the other group and they will dance it with their own
choreography and style.

3. In short they will swap dance musics and made their own version of it and present it in the class.

• What is the importance of having a healthy cardiorespiratory?

- Physical Fitness compinents are very important, it's like our life that needs balance to live properly.
Appreciate it as much as we can, and as long as we have an opportunity to take car of it.

In a crosswise paper, write down what is Health Related components andits elements of it, same in the
Skill related component. Give examples on each elements.
