 Only 2 Tuesday rehearsals left after spring break
o Snow make up rehearsals on stage (no tech): Fri. 3/30, Sat. 3/31

o Choreography (preliminary show order)
 Most dances are finished, others almost finished
 Show order will be confirmed by Tuesday, March 19
o Costumes: Jessica, Kellsy
 Videos needed by Friday, March 8
 Working on getting shoes for pieces
 Communication between choreographers and costume designer –
choreographers feel free to speak up!
 Tech week: Sunday, March 30 costumes (including head piece in
African dance)
 Tech week: Tuesday, April 2 hair and makeup
o Lighting and Music: Emmett
 Will – Assistant lighting designer running light board?

 Process and format for submitting audio by Tuesday, 19
 Chance Emmett will be focusing on Friday March 29 until 3pm –
may be a chance for a reschedule for Laura’s dance

 Monday, March 25 – Dr. Weber’s Collaborative Class will be
rehearsing on stage during their class period
 She may also be rehearsing her piece on stage Friday,
March 29 at 2:30 (TBD)
