Ave., Brgy. San Isidro, Paranaque City, hereby name, appoint and constitute ERNESTO D.
PANER, Filipino, of legal age, whose signature appears hereunder and with residence at 255
Batis Compound, Market Avenue, Pasig City, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me
and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit:
1. To claim and receive in my behalf the PTC Firearms, and return slip for the SIG
SAUER with serial number B 140 295 Z from the office of Firearms Explosive Office
Quezon City.

2. To execute and sign all documents relative to the foregoing act/s or authority

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and this whatsoever requisite and necessary to be
done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if
personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these present.
