This Office announces the Conduct of Division Orientation on Teacher Induction Program (TIP) and Modules for Newly Hired Teachers on September 11-12, 2019 at a venue to be announce 2. The orientation aims to: b. orient participants on the standardized Teacher Induction Program policy and on teachers’ benefits; capture the experiences and insights of a newly hired teachers and successful teachers on their journey; and ._ strengthen the commitment of the newly hired teachers in the teaching profession. 3. Participants to the said activity are the newly hired teachers from November 2018 up to the present. The list is found in Enclosure No. 1 4. There shall be no registration fee. Food, venue and other materials to be used shall be charged against Human Resource Training and Development (HRTD) Fund. Transportation and travelling allowances of the participants shall be charged against school MOOE subject to the usual accounting and auciting rules and regulations. 5.
