Evolution has been an integral part of the universe. Starting from the invention of wheel, there
has been a tremendous growth. Industrial revolution has shown the immense innovating
capabilities that humans possess. By harnessing this power of invention, computers were
developed to ease the load at workplace but it has since become an integral and indispensable
part of our daily lives. The journey of human and machines has been intertwined across all
works of life and even after death. There is no stopping for human exceeding at technological
advances. Artificial intelligence and machine learning have been created by humans to replicate
humans, but the lack of emotions and understanding has and can affect humans in numerous
ways possible. Recently, a humanoid robot “Sofia” was granted citizenship by Saudi Arabia,
making it the first robot to be given citizenship of a country. This is a prime example of the
rapid integration of humans and robots which has been happening since past few decades.
The robots and its technology have proved to be helpful to humans’ numerous times across the
recent past. But, this can cause a negative eternality for the organization. Although technology
does make our tasks easier, it is virtually taking away feelings and emotions from us.
Nevertheless, it will be worthwhile to explore the uncanny future.
