Ekonomi Migas 2 PSC 2016 PDF
"The economic rent in the petroleum industry is the difference between the value of
production and the costs to extract it. These costs consist of normal exploration,
development and operating cost as well as an appropriate share of profit for the
petroleum industry. Rent is the surplus. Economic rent is synonymous with excess profits.
Governments attempt to capture as much economic rent as possible through various
levies, taxes, royalties and bonuses"

• Capital: Investasi yang berbentuk fisik yang didepresiasi karena pengurangan
nilainya (cth: mobil, pipa, jalan, pompa, gedung)
• Non capital: Investasi yang tidak berbentuk fisik lagi pada waktu produksi
(servis, jasa, consumable goods). Cth: seismic, tes formasi, sewa rig
• Depresiasi: Penurunan nilai fisik properti / aset seiring waktu dan
penggunaannya. Jenis depresiasi:
– Linear
– Decline Balance (DB) {(100%*umur ekonomis)*2} x nilai perolehan
– Double Decline Balance (DDB)
– Kombinasi
• Cashflow contractor = Contractor take – Expenditure
• Expenditure = Capital + Non capital + Operating Cost
• % Government Take terhadap Revenue = Government take / Gross revenue
