With reference to the above mentioned subject, I would like to apply for a Qardan Hassana of
Rs. 1,500,000/- as return of capital investment of Mr. Abbas Barma.

My business has been shut down due to losses in the business and I have now been bankrupt so
for that reason I request the above dignity to pay off my partner the invested amount in the
business as I have been doing a job right now and can’t pay the debt.
