Our food carnival will be organised at football field which is located in TARUC.
The reason for
choosing TARUC as our venue is due to the affordable rental fee which is comparatively cheap compared to other location rentals. It is only RM5‚000 per day for the rental fee. Second, TARUC is a strategic location near to LRT station which is shown as the map below. The bus stop station is also available inside and outside of the school. Hence, it will be more convenient for everyone to reach TARUC. Other than that, a temporary stage can be build so that we can plan some activities and events. For example, we can prepare some shows to the audience like magic show and talent show. These shows are a good idea to draw a crowd. Lucky draw sections will be organised on that day too. It can help our carnival to maximise profit earn. As for the facilities TARUC provided such as car parking spot, is one of the facts that we choose TARUC as our food carnival location. TARUC also provided free wifi for the public during the food carnival. It will attract more people to come and visit our food carnival. Then, TARUC will also provide basic amenities for spectators such as washrooms, trash bin, tables, and chairs. Tables and chairs are available for visitors to enjoy their food and also as a rest area. The carnival instant canopy will also be set up for every booth. Public address system (PA system) will be renting from TARUC too. Lastly, the availability of manpower in TARUC is also one of the important facts that this venue was chosen to organise the food carnival. As an example, TARUC does provide a lot of part-time workers who are mostly students. Students can also earn some extra money as their pocket money through this food carnival. Since we have sufficient part-timers, we can minimize wastage of time, efforts and energies to set up and manage our stall, hence can provide quality services to our customers.
