As a Primary Electrical Engineer, you will be part of Power System Operation

Center, India (INOPC-PS),aiming to develop a global value chain, where key
business activities, resources and expertise are shared across geographic
boundaries in order to optimize value for ABB customers across markets. It
provides high quality engineering and commissioning support to Business Units
and Centers of Excellence across the ABB world. This is an important step from
ABB’s Global Foot Print strategy. PS Operation Center Services are System
design, Primary side design, Secondary side design, Sourcing, Installation and
commissioning.

As a Primary Electrical Engineer, you will be involved in
detailed design for projects or tenders through full life cycle
meeting customer requirement with right quality, on time,
within budget, with optimized cost and applicable safety
standards. Proactively collecting all required inputs for the
design process at each stage. Planning the design activities
in line with project schedule, updating and reporting status,
forecast. Coordinating with other team members including
lead engineer, project management, supply chain, site staff,
other engineering disciplines for proper completion of project
activities. Maintaining project data or documents in line with
process requirement.
Requirements
Your Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering with 2 to 6
air insulated and gas insulated substation design up to 400KV
level, high voltage equipments like transformers, switchgear
and relevant international standards like IEEE, IEC etc.
Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD design tools (Microstation /
AutoCAD would be an advantage).
