No. To GO4 5.2018 EVALUATION OF ARALING PANLIPUNAN DETAILED LESSON PLAN : PUBLIC SCHOOLS DISTRICT SUPERVISORS (PSDS)/OIC-PSDSs ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SCHOOL HEADS, ELEMENTARY TEACHERS, ‘AND ALL OTHER CONCERNED: To ensure the provision of a quality Professional Development Materials (POMs), there will be an evaluation of all Araling Panlipunan (AP) Detailed Lesson Plans (DLPs) version 1.01 of all elementary grade levels which will be assigned to each district. All AP subject specialists are designated as chairman of special committee who shall coordinate and lead in the evaluation of these instructional materials and its members are the teachers of the grade assigned to them. The evaluation of AP-DLP will be done in Saturday during LAC Session period in order not to disrupt classes. Teachers who shall be involved in this activity shall be granted a Compensatory Time Off (CTO), Likewise, all Public Schools District Supervisors are requested to monitor and provide technical assistance during the evaluation process. The evaluation period will be done within the months of November and December, 2018. ‘Submission of the evaluation result and accomplishment report including attendance sheet and pictures will be on December 27, 2018. This memorandum will serve as the DESIGNATION of the AP subject specialist who will act as Chairman of a Special Committee to evaluate the Araling Panlipunan Detailed Lesson Plans.
