August 25, 2019 To Whom it May Concern: Itis with great privilege that I write this letter of recommendation for Heidi Fajardo. I had the honor of working with her at Simonton Elementary school from Fall of 2016 to Spring of 2018. Mrs. Fajardo was a lead paraprofessional on the Kindergarten team and ran her own independent classroom environment. Her classroom consisted of both general education students and kindergarten resource students. She worked closely with the certified kindergarten teacher, with whom she shared students, Mrs. Fajardo utilized the knowledge she has gained through her Early Childhood Education program at Grand Canyon University to provide students with a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. I witnessed Mrs, Fajardo use differentiated instruction on multiple occasions to meet her student’s needs academically, and feel that she is truly a natural when it comes to teaching, ‘Mrs. Fajardo has excellent organizational skills, and displays flexibility in any classroom situation. She was always willing to help whenever needed, and was always making sure to build positive relationships with parents, students, and other staff members on campus. Mrs. Fajardo made sure to always interact with students, and would think outside of the box when it came to creating her lessons. She would challenge students with exciting and age appropriate activities in both whole group and small group settings, Her classroom was always a safe learning environment for students to grow socially and academically. T worked closely with Mrs. Fajardo on the Kindergarten team. In all my interactions with her, I was always impressed with her professionalism and I am happy to recommend her for any position she is seeking.
