HEALTHY TURKISH DELIGHT Recipe by Belinda Forsyth @belinda.forsyth Ingredients 1 quantity of basic raw chocolate (see recipe below) %- 1 cup of dried figs 1 drop geranium essential oil Method Cutt figs into bite sized pieces. ‘Add just one drop of geranium essential oil to the basic raw chocolate, add figs and mix. Pour onto a baking sheet or a silicone 24 cup muffin tray. Set for 20 minutes in fridge before cutting into bite sized pieces. Alternatives: Dip figs pieces in chocolate and set on a tray in fridge. Pistachios would be a fabulous flavour combination too. Tip: When in a hurry use a 70% dark chocolate, available in store. Basic Raw Chocolate Ingredients: 180g cacao butter buttons 50-60g raw cacao powder 80g maple syrup pinch salt Stovetop Method: Thermomix Method: Put glass bowl over saucepan of simmering Add cacao butter to Thermomix, sp8, 10sec. water. Scrape bow and melt 15mins 37 degrees sp2. ‘Add 140g cacao butter buttons and melt. ‘Add maple syrup, cacao powder and salt. | Remove from heat and stir through remaining _-Mix 5mins 37 degrees sp2. | cacao butter until melted. Mix sp5 5 secs, | ‘Add cacao powder and maple syrup. Mix until all combined. Pour onto lined baking sheet or moulds and set in the fridge. Ole t relat ler-V Etats
