mick is here with complain of an ongoing sought throat for the last six week aloumgh with what

he discribe as a clorespeness incode in his voice,and tightness in his throat specialy with any
form of exertion.thesymptoms begin after he drink coffe in the morning.although six week ago
he was expose to an refrigerant for his working on his car although he was supposely in non
toxic. recently he is also begin clearing his throat regularly. he did try thunb in past few weeks
but did not recall whater it improve his sympthom or not .his father was diagnose with
_________later in life.he does contiuing to be physicaly active but it was really effective by it
shown in the breath feeling although he discribea higher up in the the neck reagion. the
sympthom did not seems to be worst when he lies down in the night.
