I have four children two of them are managing our family business.

All of them have just complete

their studies. I was the eldest of boys, and five siblings. Actually our first business was like ‘’ukay-ukay’’
like combs and shoes sale in the side of the road 20 years ago. Then we decide to try in hardware in the
street along time ago with a small amount of budget. We have one branch here in the Placer and the
only one. I have not added other branch due to how hard to manage it. I have over 20 employees all of
whom are well selected to do well in business. My employees are all in provincial rate wage that what
is your secret why your customer are coming back equal to wage. We are satisfied with our business
and we have no intention of adding because my wife and I are old enough. I cannot say our income
are far from others but I think that is generally enough, except for hardware we also admitted buying
copras initially was difficult but now it’s easy because we already know what to do. Most of our
customers buy cement and steel commonly used for home constructions. Most of our customers are
also traders elsewhere then buy as cheap and sell in their place with little profit we take. What is your
secret why your customer are coming back merchandise to various suppliers throughout the
Philippines. We are satisfied with our business and we have no intention of adding because my wife and
I are old enough. We started at 5000 pesos 20 years ago at the time 5000 pesos it’s a big amount. The
strategy w used probably prayed and we all trusted in JESUS CHRIST because nothing was impossible for
the Lord. Our customers are probably returning because of the cheap and good service we provide. My
motto in life “Failure is not a hindrance to success”.
