hmi: Husband’s income

child: Number of children

The variable “edu” is coded the following way:

1: No education

2: 6 years of education

3: 10 years of education

4: 13 years of education

5: 16 years of education

6: 18 years of education

The variable “income” is coded the following way:

0: No income

1: Average income 750 Euros

2: Average income 2250 Euros


3: Average income 4000 Euros

4: Average income 6250 Euros

5: Average income 8750 Euros

6: Average income 12500 Euros

7: Average income 17500 Euros

8: Average income 25000 Euros
