Assertive Discipline

Objective: Inform class on what Assertive Discipline is, give examples to support the definition. Explain
Lee Cantor and Marlene Cantors ways of handling classroom management. I will give Cantors techniques
and methods. Lastly, I will explain Prevention, action and Resolution and give my own examples for
them.

Materials/Equipment: Hand out, student involvement, power-point and YouTube video on Assertive
Discipline.

Instruction: Presentation will be presented on slide. Class involvement in last 2 questions on the activity.
