Mrs Williams also causes other minor problem by her imprudence when speaking towards Jennifer about her actions. Mrs. Williams does not seem to be a good mentor, she is just causing tension and discomfort Having a good relationship with your cooperating teacher while shadowing on an assignment is very important because they will be the ones molding and teaching you for when you're ready to have a class of your own.
