Relative to the disposition of the City’s 2019 budget for Capital Outlay, you are hereby directed
to submit your department’s proposed office equipment and furniture to be procured not later than
_______________.

However, in order to be more prudent in spending government funds and maximize government
resources, do ensure that only the barest essentials are included in the proposal. Requests will be
subject for evaluation and not every request will be granted. It must be noted that not all requests
submitted during the budgeting period for 2019 were allotted funds for implementation.
