deteriorated, diabetes, etc. Each of the family member (from children to Grand Parents) was suffering
from one or more acute health issues. we started approaching doctors for such acute health issues and
started allopathy medicines. However, day by day medicines started increasing. Parallelly, we were
searching for any other alternatives to improve the health. And we understood from you tube, internet
and nutrionists that food is medicine.

After digging more on health issues across the society majority of people are suffering from same health
