Pilgrim Tour to the Holy land

(Jordan – Israel – Palestine - Egypt)

Day 01: Amman

Arrive at Amman.
After emigration formalities Travel through The King’s Highway, the world’s oldest
continuously used trading route to Amman.
Dinner & Over night at Amman ( Sparr Hotel / Sadeen village or similar.

Day 02: Amman - Nazareth - Cana

Proceed to visit Mt Nebo. Prophet Moses was given a view of the Promised Land from
Mt Nebo. Moses was buried on this mountain by God himself. From there, one can view
Jordan valley & the Dead Sea. Lunch at restaurant. Visit Madaba the the encient map of
Holyland. Proceed to Sheik Hussain bridge to cross the border. Complete the customs,
emigration formalities and enter into Israel. Lunch at restaurant. Visit Nazareth, the
boyhood town of Jesus and the Basilica of the Annunciation, where Archangel Gabriel
appeared to announce that Mary would bear a son. Visit Joseph's workshop and Cana,
where Jesus performed his first miracle, of changing water into wine at the wedding
feast. Check in to Hotel at Nazreth. Dinner and overnight at Nazareth / Tiberias Plaza
Hotel / Bali Hotel or similar .

Day 03 : Sea of Galilee – Capernaum – Jordan River

Breakfast at Hotel. Proceed to visit Mount Tabor, Capernaum (the centre of Jesus'
ministry after he left Nazareth), Tabgha - the (of the Five Loaves and Two Fishes) and the
Church of the Beatitudes, where Jesus gave the Sermon on the Mount. Drive through
Galilee, and ride in a Galilean fishing boat. Lunch with St. Peter’s fish. Visit St. Peter's
house, the Church of Primacy of Peter, and Mensa Christi. Visit Yardenit on the Jordan
River, the traditional Baptismal site. Proceed to Bethlehem. Dinner & overnight at
Bethlehem Ararat Hotel / Angel Hotel or Similar.

Day 04 : Old City Of Jerusalem – Golgotha – Wailing Wall – Ein Karem

Breakfast at Hotel. Proceed to the pools of Beit Hasda, where Jesus cured the crippled
man. Walk Via Dolorosa (Way of Grief), the last route trodden by Jesus. Follow the 14
Stations of the Cross to Golgotha. Last 5 stations are inside the Church of the Holy
Sepulcher visible from a distance with two silver domes. Visit Pilate's Judgment Hall, the
Chapel of the Flagellation( where the Roman soldiers scourged Jesus and placed a crown
of thorns on His head), the Ecce Homo Arch, Convent of the Sisters of Zion, "The
Tomb" (widely believed to be the part of the stone that covered Jesus Tomb). Visit
the Cenacle – Last Supper Room, tomb of King David, Wailing Wall, which is the holiest
place for the Jewish religion. Lunch. Visit Jericho, Mount of Temptation and Sycamore
Tree. It is the place where Jesus stopped on the way to Jerusalem on the Eve of the
Passover, and where Jesus cured the blind man during his stay at Zachaeus house. Dead
Sea, where we stop at a private beach. It is the lowest spot on earth and do not miss the
opportunity to float in the salty buoyant water, rich in minerals. Dinner & overnight at
Bethlahem Ararat Hotel / Angel Hotel or Similar..

Day 05 : Mount of Olives - Gethsemane

Breakfast at Hotel. Visit Ein Karem, the birthplace of John the Baptist, and the Church of
Visitation. Proceed to Mount of Olives for a panoramic view of Jerusalem. Visit the
sanctuary of Pater Noster Ascension. Walk along the Palm Sunday road down to the
chapel of Dorminous Flevit (where Jesus wept over the destruction of Jerusalem) and
Garden of Gethsemani.(where Jesus prayed while Judah betrayed him to the Romans).
Visit the Basilica of agony, Tomb of St. Mary, Church of St. Peter of Gallicantu,( which
symbolizes Peter's denial of Jesus) and visit the traditional house of High Priest,
Caiaphas, where Jesus was imprisoned. Move to Bethlehem to visit the Shepherd’s field,
in the Judah province. Lunch. Visit the Church of Nativity, the birthplace of Jesus and
the City of David, and the Milk Grotto. Dinner & overnight at Bethlahem Ararat Hotel /
Angel Hotel or Similar.

Day 06: Taba

Breakfast at hotel. Check-out hotel. Proceed to Taba. (5 Hrs drive) Enter into Egypt after
formalities proceed to Hotel. Lunch at Restaurant. .View the beautiful and historical Sinai
Mountains. Free for leisure, enjoy Red sea beach resort. Dinner & overnight at Tolip
Taba Resort Hotel.

Day 07: Taba - St.Catherine Monastry – Cairo

After Breakfast proceed to visit St. Catherine Monastery set beneath the mountain
where Moses is said to have received the Ten Commandments. It has been one of the
world’s great centers of religious pilgrimage for over fifteen centuries. It has a library of
ancient manuscripts, second only to the Vatican and a 6th century church on the site of
the Burning Bush. Lunch at restaurant. Proceed to Cairo ( 7 hrs Drive ) . Lunch at
Restaurant . Cross the famous Suez Canal . Oasis Hotel / Tolip Elgala or similar.

Day 08: Cairo

Arrive at Chennai International Airport.
