1) Quick Access Toolbar- a customizable toolbar that contains the buttons Save, Undo, and Repeat.
3) Ribbon- the display shown at the top of Microsoft Excel window. It is considered as the primary
interface with Excel. It is comprised of Tabs, Groups, and Commands.
4) Name Box- it is located at the left side of the window under the ribbon which indicated the selected
active cell
5) Column Letters- a column that is composed of alphabetical texts to label the spreadsheet row
6) Formula Bar- located beside the name box that shows the formula or text used in an active cell in the
spreadsheet
8) Worksheet Tab Scroll Button- composed of left and right arrows to select a specific sheet
10) Sheet tabs- area of sheet selection which also shows the number of sheets active in the document
12) Title Bar- located at the uppermost center of the window that indicates the file name of the
document
13) Tell me what you want to do- a selection that helps the user access Excel commands quickly by
entering a text in the search bar
15) Ribbon Display Options- selection area that displays options to show or hide the ribbon
19) Ribbon Collapse Button- an arrow at the lower left of the ribbon that gives the option to collapse or
show the ribbon for spatial purposes
21) Horizontal Scrollbar- an option that slides the worksheet right or left for viewing purposes
22) Vertical Scrollbar- an up or down sliding button for the worksheet for viewing purposes
24) Zoom Slider- zooms the spreadsheet in or out by the slide button
